Cancel/Return
1.1 You have the right to cancel an order during the period set out below in clause 1.3 This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want the Product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the order and receive a refund minus a cancel fee of $25. If you cancel your order, we will try to stop it before the Product is dispatched to you but please be aware that this may not always be possible. Where we are unable to stop your Product from being dispatched, please return it (return postage paid by you) to us when you receive it. When the return product is received at that point, we will process your refund minus a cancel/return fee of $25 in accordance with these Terms.
1.2 Returns are: case by case bases only approved by RPM LLC USA.
1.3 Your rights to cancel an order expires the day you received the product otherwise all sales are final.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning you wish to exercise the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
1.4 Details of your right to cancel and an explanation of how to exercise it are in the Cancellation Policy aforementioned.
1.5 To cancel an order, please submit a cancellation request to let us know by email at info@rpmllcusa.com or call us at 1 (830) 719-4446 prior to shipment. Alternatively, all sales are final unless authorized by rpmllcusa.com. If your cancellation notification is received and approved prior to shipment, then the following applies. If the Products have not been shipped, please then promptly comply with notifying us that you wish to cancel the order. The deadline is met if you submit a cancellation request prior to shipment. Unless the Product is faulty or not as described all sales are final. We will refund the price you paid for the Products in accordance with clause 1.6.
Refunds
1.6 If you cancel your order in the manner stated above in cause 1.5, we will:
a. Refund full value for the price you paid for the Product(s) minus a $25 cancel/return fee. Please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the Products. If we have inadvertently been charged for the direct cost of returning the Product to us (e.g. where you have elected to ‘return to sender’), unless the Product is faulty or not as described we will deduct such direct cost from the refund you would otherwise have been entitled to; and
b. process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 3 business days of (i) canceled your order prior to the Product shipping, clause 1.5 or, the day you supply evidence of having sent the Products back and refund is approved; or (ii) if you have not received the Product, the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation as described in clause 1.5
1.7 We will provide you time to receive it and initiate the process of cancel/return. 1.8 Funds will be returned to the payment instrument (card) used. 1.9 Please note depending on your financial institution your cancel/refund credit may take up to 7 – 10 days to appear on your statement.
Backorders ship in 10 days to 2 weeks from date of order. Cancel/Return policy applies.
